Red Room – from £155 per night for 2 including proper breakfasts minimum 2 nights, 3 on bank holidays

Discounts maybe available for stays of more than 3 nights and also for booking all 3 rooms.
Single occupancy is the double price less £20.
For dogs- by prior arrangement and at our discretion. A £10 per night charge will be made. As the house is fully carpeted upstairs, we regret we will only permit small crate trained dogs upstairs at our discretion. Otherwise, visiting dogs are welcome to be housed in the scullery or lobby area with their own familiar bedding.
For horses – we will bring terms up to date when we finish renovations – but please feel free to discuss future bookings with Sally. We will have stabling, secure tack area and turnout facilities. Parking for trailers and lorries – all more than 200 yards off a quiet minor road.
Dinner by prior arrangement – £35 a head for 2 courses – BYO wine. ‘Special’ occasion and dinner parties’ – please discuss with Sally for prices.
High Teas – 8 – 12 people – from £15.50 a head , 6 – 8 people – from £20 a head. We can cater for up to 15 in our dining room but in the summer, slightly larger numbers out in the gardens is possible. We can provide high teas for non-residents by prior arrangement commencing at 3pm till 4.30pm.
Recommendations for places to eat locally happily given!
Light suppers can be put together for late arrivals etc – please feel free to discuss with Sally
Picnic hampers can be put together by previous arrangement
For any other arrangements that might be possible – we can happily be creative, all you need do is pick up the phone!
Our terms and conditions are common to most small B&Bs with a 50% deposit being taken upon booking . Should it become necessary to cancel within 7 days of your stay , the whole sum is payable as the re-letting of the room becomes more difficult and other reservation enquiries will have been declined. Full details will be emailed upon receipt of your enquiry and affirmation of the rooms availability. Payment at present is by internet banking transfer or cheque with balances in a similar fashion at the end of your stay. We will also accept cash balances.
